Emma Silverman
Research Assistant
Emma Silverman is a Research Assistant at GBAO, where she works on survey research, client presentations, and focus groups. In 2024, she worked on the successful campaigns of Senator Martin Heinrich (NM), Congressman Tom Suozzi (NY-03), and Congressman John Mannion (NY-22). Nationally, she contributed to GBAO’s research for the Wall Street Journal and the DCCC across 67 districts in the House of Representatives. She also supports the firm’s extensive work in Oregon, including for Treasurer Elizabeth Steiner, Attorney General Dan Rayfield, and various State House and State Senate candidates.
Before joining GBAO, Emma worked on the research team of New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s successful 2022 election campaign. She also spent a summer doing research and marketing for The Center, a refugee resource and resettlement nonprofit in Utica, NY.
Emma graduated summa cum laude from Colgate University with a double major in international relations and Spanish where she earned honors from the Department of Romance Languages and gained fluency in Spanish. Emma also served as the Membership Director for the Executive Board of the College Democrats of New York. She is originally from Westchester, NY and currently lives in Washington, DC.
