
Tim Jensen joined GBAO in 2012, launching and leading the data management department and its team of data specialists. He has been working in survey data management since 1997, making him one of the most experienced in the field. At GBAO, Tim has helped implement new survey modes and streamlined the data production operation, and regularly is part of the team working on the firm’s most high-profile projects.
Prior to joining GBAO, Tim was the founder and President of Survey Data Services, where he ran survey data for multiple polling firms, helping them to elect progressive candidates at the local, state, and national level. Simultaneously, he performed all data programming at Myers Research | Strategic Services for six years. Tim began his polling career at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research, rising to Director of Programming while at the firm for nine years.
Tim received his master’s degree in Political Management with a quantitative focus from George Washington University’s Graduate School of Political Management and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Niagara University. He currently lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Tim helps run a food pantry and serves on his church council.
