Claire Chen is a Research Assistant at GBAO, where she works on survey research, literature reviews, client presentations, and focus groups. Prior to joining the firm, she interned with the Rework AmericaTask Force at the Markle Foundation where she researched the future of work and workforce development policy at the state and national levels.
Claire graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a dual degree in International Studies and Political Science. She was a Peer Manager at the JHU Life Design Lab, helping organize career-focused events and review resumes for students. She was also involved in the Johns Hopkins University Model UN Conference, ending her time there as Under-Secretary-General, as well as the service fraternity APO, where she also helped lead the pledging process.
